Me and my son's have been living here for 1year, and so far we,ve had thee most pleasurable, and welcoming experience with our neighbors, and professional office, and maintenance staff. So yes I wouldn't have a problem recommending WayneWood apartments as a place to live🤗

I stayed there 2 yrs they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Rude. The office staff stuck there Noses in Family Business that they had NO CLUE. Then Ended my Tendency because they were Check. I wouldn't recommend this property to Anyone I did and they didn't even pay the referral bonus instead they Sued me . They Force me out with a lie threatening to enter my apartment without going back to court this all took place right before we were shut down for the PANDEMIC. Then came back to Sue me and said I broke the Lease. RENTERS BEWARE DON'T BE FOOL BY THE PICS !!

At first i really enjoyed the apartment, but after awhile it really turned out to be a bad experience. I have copies of emails i sent to the leasing office that no one ever responded to, and the times maintenance did come out it was not timely at all. There were tons of nights where our upstairs neighbors played music at 10pm+ at night.. I could also hear their conversations in their apartment if i was standing in my kitchen. SkyGate next door is also only a wired gate away. Every night like clockwork, a challenger sits in the parking lot, revs his engine, squeals his tires for 15 minutes or so and wakes up my daughter. My neighbor tosses cigarettes in my flower pots & also parks his car in a no park zone right outside of my door wall, blasts music and leaves his car running with music on all the time. The apartments are spacious, but don’t be fooled. I was more than happy to put in my 30 day notice this month.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They really need to hire a whole new staff.
