Johnnie came to my rescue! As a new tenant of the Landings I was very pleased on how he came in and everything I needed to have fix which was my toilet, screen patio door and kitchen and bathroom sink was done with pride and professionalism! He displayed such an positive attitude and professional work ethic! This has made my stay here now even longer that I anticipated to know that even the maintenance staff like Johnnie really does care! 👍

Maintenance crew was at the apartment within 10 minutes of the online request. Concern/issue addressed/repaired in 30 minutes

They charged me for a carpet that’s already old and Dirty and most of the stuff in the apartment needs to change because it’s very old as well and the and i gave them notice that I’m moving out on time but they decided to still charge me for 60 days notice I will never go back to this place

Yi - Unfortunately, you haven't posted all of the facts regarding your current situation. Since moving in on October 20, you have had insufficient funds when paying us for November and December rent. In November, you did not have enough money in your bank account to pay us, so you paid us on 11/9 and, as a one-time courtesy, we waived the late fee that was incurred because of it. The next month, in December, you once again attempted to pay with insufficient money in your bank account. This time, you were charged the $75 late fee and $25 non-sufficient funds fee as indicated in the lease agreement that you signed in late October.

Hi again. I checked Facebook & looked again here and have not found any pictures of the side of the building that faces the parking lot instead of the pond. I'm not planning to move, but I have a friend who is checking out the Landings. I would really like to see a photo of the side of the apartments that does not face the pond please. Can you please tell me where I might find one of these pictures?

Yes - as long as you restore the apartment walls to their original condition when you vacate the apartment.
Our applications are ran through a third party which determines an applicant's approval. We check for your renter's history, income, credit, and criminal background. Call the office for more details.
I didn't have a balcony but I think it would be 1.5m by 3m (5 ft x 8 ft)
Unfurnished.... They do raise your rent $40 every year... Make sure if you're paying your rent online with your checking account that everything is correct EVERY TIME because if there's a mix-up and you're bank is at fault You still have to pay The Landings for the mishap no matter what because its their policy... And yes if you're not in the building with the Laundry room you will have to walk outside..... I find the Staff to be very friendly and they keep the grounds so clean and beautiful.... I put in a work order and maintenance comes in a timely manner.... I have lived here 4yrs so far...
