i would like to make an appointment for Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the El Paseo Village store.

Not even, its $169 but comes out to about $183 after tax.

In my case (El Paseo store), one hour waiting to have my phone checked to see if it needed a new battery. It did, so they ordered one. A couple weeks later, I got an email notice that the battery was in. I went to the store and was directed to the back of a line of about 15 people waiting to see a technician. And I was told I would have to leave the phone for three hours to have the battery changed. I left.

You have to go into the store and see it up again unless your genius tech gave you a number to call from the last appointment you missed

They're pretty quick about assisting customers If they can't fix it there they can lead you in the direction of where to get it fixed but a pretty sure it can be done there

There are probably five different ways to get into your iPad without having your passcode but some of them involve resetting the entire iPad would you lose everything or going online using your Apple ID and resetting it from iTunes. I do not work there myself but the Apple store is open until 7pm and you will need an appt to talk w the folks at the Genius bar.

Once you go online to the apple website and type in your reason for wanting to set up an appt at the store you can choose an appt time and date at that time. Good luck

If you can schedule an appointment do so. If you're visiting or on vacation, you can try walking in. They are very busy during season, so if you do try a walk in, be waiting out front for the doors to open at least 15-20 minutes prior to opening time. They will come outside and check you in.

You could try factory resetting your phone by holding your power button and home button at the same time for roughly 30 seconds. The screen will flicker a few times. After that you could check the charger. Make sure that works using a different phone. Baring those options you'd have to take it in to get a more detailed analysis. New screen replacement can vary, best to check inperson. Some third party repair stations can be cheaper but the repair quality from Apple Is the gold standard.

You can also use their 800 number, which worked beautifully when in Thousand Oaks, but I have found here it is easier to call the stores number or walk in to set up an appointment.

In my experience you have to go in. You can try to call the direct number, but I always ended up with the central booking number and that didn't help me at all. Once I went in and spoke with them (and they are extremely nice) I was able to get an appointment and my issue resolved and on my way very quickly.

Online at the Apple website you have to have an Apple ID and log in and fill out all the information. Unfortunately for this particular location is extremely difficult to get an appointment. All the times I have tried that they're not available.

Online is usually the easiest. In my experience online chat is quickest but sometimes the appointment time will not set properly that way (not sure why). Very smart to make an appointment. Dropping in, especially during the holidays, can be an absolute nightmare.
