We came in to buy two iPhones we were there for about 20 mins nobody asked if we needed help but yet white people would go in and they would ask if they needed help. Really unprofessional and racist.

When you first walk in you need to check in with the greater. It may have been that when you first came in he did not notice you or was away for a moment. It can get pretty busy in there and this has happen to me and I am white so it even happens to white people. Or perhaps the guy there just did not care but I am sure that was not the case.
