We came in to buy two iPhones we were there for about 20 mins nobody asked if we needed help but yet white people would go in and they would ask if they needed help. Really unprofessional and racist.

Wow and the response is not any relief that you misunderstood and I have bought apple for 15 years and I will not accept this as acceptable treatment of you! From one mother to a mother it is unacceptable to request you do the work when you walk into an apple store! An entirely new world of computing is awaiting and thank you for letting me know what happened so I can support your frustration by taking my substantial business and personal computer purchases from apple and start exploring the PC world and yes that is the intolerance we need to stand together and support the retailers and manufacturers that understands it is equallity, no exceptions or excuses. The end of ignorance starts by making the ignorance intolerable.

When you first walk in you need to check in with the greater. It may have been that when you first came in he did not notice you or was away for a moment. It can get pretty busy in there and this has happen to me and I am white so it even happens to white people. Or perhaps the guy there just did not care but I am sure that was not the case. You also can ask anyone for help anytime as well.
