First time. Greeted upon arrival and did their check-in procedure. (I'm sure using their app going forward would be the best way). I was a walkin but I like the way you can book a time online. Lori did a great job and I'm sure I'll be returning.

1st time at this shop. Needed to find a new stylist after 5 years with a local barber who retired. Met with Vee who explained the various service options, the check-in procedures and shop hours. She recommended the MVP which ended up costing just a few more dollars than I had been paying. WHAT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! I am sold on this place. My wife commented "best cut in 5 years". The shampoo and massages were all little extras that I'll no longer live without. Vee was friendly, courteous and professional. I found a new home and a new stylist.I highly recommend Sport Clips.
