You could try factory resetting your phone by holding your power button and home button at the same time for roughly 30 seconds. The screen will flicker a few times. After that you could check the charger. Make sure that works using a different phone. Baring those options you'd have to take it in to get a more detailed analysis. New screen replacement can vary, best to check inperson. Some third party repair stations can be cheaper but the repair quality from Apple Is the gold standard.
I love Apple computers, but have never purchased an iPhone or iPad Samsung phones and Kindle reader. Not a help other than any temptation I might have had for either is sufficiently squelched!
