Definitely call the shop. We tried to use the website and ended up talking to a clearing house that had no idea what was going on with the store near us. In fact, the person we contacted based on the website was really snarky and not helpful at all. Once we got to the store, they were incredibly helpful and got our problems resolved faster than our phone call to the Apple Website.
