SpotHero is the easiest to deal with. Many other apps feel like sheer work. Yes, you can enter anytime after the initial time you reserve for. You are only able to enter and exit once per reservation. Make sure your phone is charged since you will need it to scan the QR code upon entering and exiting. SpotHero does allow you to extend your reservation on your phone to avoid having to go to the garage physically and exit with your vehicle like you need to should you make a separate reservation entirely for the following instead of an extension. Be sure to play around with the time you extend your reservation for. Often a few hours cost the same as an additional 24 hours. When this is the case, I recommend reserving it for 24 hours. No reason to rush that way, and besides, the garage is quite popular, so it may be a little bit of a walk to get to your car. If you are entering near the Art Institute of Chicago, when applicable, be careful making the U-turn to Enter the garage.
