Smooth parking experience, especially being able to pay in advance and download the pass into my apple wallet. Super close to many sites. Only downside was cleanliness…..but really didn’t expect much with a downtown parking garage

Stopped in Chicago to see some sights on the way to drop a friend off at the airport. Back window of my SUV was smashed and all of my friends luggage was pulled out the back... You are paying for a parking spot nothing else. There is no security. Anyone can walk in break into your car and walk out.

Pricing scheme is absolutely ridiculous, making you to pay the maximum fee for less than 2 hours. 80 minutes to 24 hours costs the same (more than 50 dollars!!!), so the tourist that goes to the tower is probably paying that fee for 3 hours. The only pro is the location but if you go to the millennium park garage, prices are half the price. PS: The stairs look like the location of an horror movie.
