I have been trying to cancel a monthly parking and have been cold shouldered for the past 10 days and today my account was charged. I sent an emails and have also sat on hold with there "customer service". All I would like is it to be easier to cancel a monthly parking that you do not need anymore. I will need to refute the charge on my account. to get the money back. The service is good until you need to cancel it.

iParkit is the worst parking garage company I have ever dealt with. I park at a location in Philly and the phone number listed for that particular location goes to someone’s random cell phone number. I tried freezing my account for 2 months while I was out on Paternity leave by writing an email on the app and trying to call. I did this at least a month prior and they ended up charging me the $400 monthly rate even though I tried freezing it. I wrote an email in the app to get a refund and NOTHING!!! I couldn’t find a phone number so I called my credit card company. They found a number but waited on hold for an hour before I was told to leave a message. This company seems like they don’t care about their customers. An employee of mine also had their truck broken into and they were impossible to get a hold of. I am going to put in a stop payment and dispute all of the charges from this company to see if it gets their attention so I can ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE!

We were driving in from out of state and worried about downtown parking. I reserved on spothero about 20 mins before arriving, paid $11 for all day parking, and easily found a spot as the ramp wasn't packed. The corners are very tight, so I wouldn't recommend it for any vehicles longer than a standard SUV. Overall, it was super convenient, and we had no issues.

If you are outside of Chicago, do not park here. My car was vandalized, and I ended up with $1K expenses. Management response was that it is self-park facility. It was targeted because my number plate was not from Chicago. It literally happened within few hours after I parked. There is something going on there. I suggest to stay away

You need to download the Best Parking app.
If you book online at the iParkit website, it's $19 for 2-8 hours and you get in/out privileges.
