This has typically been my go-to ramp, as many event venues I've attended downtown have designated this as their recommended parking location. PROS: I like the ability to purchase my parking ahead, and have never had any issues using the QR code scan for entry / exit. There are ample spots, and plenty of room to navigate around corners, etc. It's close to a lot of theaters, attractions, and venues CONS: It's always been a little bit icky of a location - but lately the foot traffic nearby has gotten even more aggressive There is a stairwell, but I do not recommend using it - vomit abounds, as well as those using it as a makeshift dwelling As such, be prepared to wait for the elevator after an event. There are 2, but due to aforementioned stairwell, it's the only safe way to get to your floor

Yes, they also allow in and out parking. It cost us $45 for 2 days
There's usually attendant near the elevator on ground floor.
If you purchase parking for the 7:30 pm. show you can park as early as 4:30 pm. Parking is good until 4 am the next day.
