From the front desk to the back, this team of animal lovers are amazing at their job. First ER visit and it wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. My kitten was not eating and had an abnormal high temp so they took us in almost immediately. The technicians are all certified and went to school for this so they know their stuff. Vet was friendly and caring towards my fur baby.

This group of amazing people made a very scary and upsetting experience much less scary, and much less hard to handle. Not only did everyone we encountered have calm and patient demeanors, they explained every step of the process as they did it and never left us feeling lost. Very grateful for the entire staff at Veterinary Emergency Group. I brought my dog in for a ruptured cyst and they took great care of her, all while taking care of a nursing mother and saving a dog who had been shot in the chest. Pretty crazy what they see every day. It’s good to know they are right down the road.
