Due to lack of respect and professionalty, I am no longer returning to this GameStop. The opening manger/employee who opened today 4/2 for a PS5 drop was incredibly rude and unprofessional. First off, she came to open the store and told everyone very rudely and and awful tone to move back to open the door. She also treated all the customers waiting outside like animals telling us to move against the wall. Don’t get me wrong, she can tell us to do these things but without the disgusting tone she had. She basically treated us as if she was a school teacher trying to discipline us as customers. Then to top it off, she disrespectfully told us that we will not be getting a ps5 when why kindly told her that we were first in line. I don’t think it’s her place to decide whether a customer deserves a product or not. We came to PAY for it and also waited 2 hours in line. She shouldn’t be working here if she doesn’t know how to deal with people, especially be so rude to them. And we weren’t the only ones who thought she was incredibly rude, everyone in line also asked what was up with the nasty attitude. I hope this employee gets disciplined or even fired because that is NO WAY of treating people you don’t even know. I did end up getting this employees rude name, it is MIRELLA.
