Customer service is 100%! I booked through a third party app that didn’t provide me the access code needed to get in after hours. I called the parking garage number and they answered on the first ring! Once verified that I paid to park there they proceeded to give me the code no questions asked! It was my first time in Chicago and this parking garage was easy to use and felt very safe. They said that it’s only open to paying members and is locked of course after hours and throughout the day. The kind person on the phone even texted me the info so that I would have it for the duration of my stay. If I go back to the area this is where I will be parking!

Great place for overnight parking, located close to hotels and Grant Park. Easy to book in advance or at the door via the mobile app. The fact that the app can use Apple Pay makes things so much easier in the moment.
