You can enter and leave any time within your time frame, as long as you enter after your start time and leave before your end time. I entered TWO MINUTES prior to my time, and the system rejected my exit pass! Fortunately a manager present was able to over ride the system. I don't understand if you specify 3 hours, why you can't enter any time as long as you leave within the 3 hour time.
I think as long as you come and leave within your time, there will be no issue. The main problem is when people stay beyond their time but i think the best way is to call and confirm
