Appointment was canceled due to staff being exposed to Covid-19. I understand and appreciate the safety precautions taken. However, I am unsatisfied that the earliest appointment they can reschedule me for is in a MONTH. I took off from work for my original appointment and the best they can do is a month. This place makes you sign an agreement to pay $50 if you don’t cancel 48 hours before your appointment. But they’ll gladly cancel your appointment 24 hours before and the best they can do is reschedule you in a month. What a joke. This was a complete waste of my time. I waited a few weeks for this appointment to treat my pain and they want me to wait another month.

Terrible experience here overall! I went in to get a VERY simple procedure- just needed to get my crown cemented back in, and it fell out RIGHT away - the same day! This after they made me do a much more expensive full exam which was not necessary. They did find a small cavity and filled it so that was good, and they did cement my crown back in the next day.So when my bridge fell out two months later, I tried to make another appointment but they said it would be a MONTH! This after the prior appointment was the made for the next day. Obviously, they did not want to treat my problem because it's not a big money maker, they could not perform a full exam a mere 2 months after the prior one, though of course they had an obligation to do so. Therefor, they lied about availability.

So glad I found this place! I’m someone who is super nervous about the dentist but Dr Ong has been so lovely. Gentle, smart, thorough and explains everything the whole way through. Highly recommend.

Found this dental office as it is close to my apartment. Been coming here for a year now and every visit I always had a great experience. Had terrible experience in the past with other dental office with queue times. Not the case here in Bowery Dental, the appointments are always on time. Place is clean, everyone is courteous and profession. I actually look forward to my dental appointments now. Best of all after your appointment, they give out these travel size dental product. Highly recommend Bowery Dental.
