One Spot O'Hare Airport Parking

Today we had a terrible experience with this parking/shuttle service. We requested a shuttle and waiting for close to 40 minutes, when multiple times were told they would be there in 2 minutes. When a shuttle DID arrive, he picked up people from the wrong zone, left us behind as he looked and laughed at us group of people waiting for 40 minutes. Once another shuttle did arrive, we had to load our own luggage, which normally wouldn’t matter but after this wait the least you could do is load our luggage while we board the shuttle. Needless to say we were not given a discount. The one star I am giving is due to not being charged extra. Very disappointed considering we‘ve used this service a lot before and never had issues. Will definitely be looking at other parking services next time we travel.

Parking on a Thursday AM for a 6AM flight was a decent experience. The shuttle brought us right to our gate. The departure is where the good experience stopped. Arrival was horrible. I told dispatch we arrived at Gate 5 but he told us to go to gate 2. When I called back he said they don't pick up at the terminals. We'd have to walk over to the Hilton across the street. On a Saturday night in Chicago. That would be like a bad game of Frogger. We ended up taking an Uber back to the parking lot. Apparently the lot was busy, they had parking attendees directing traffic. Our driver let us off by the door to the office as I had asked. A parking lot attendant started grilling our driver for dropping us off there, even though he was out of the way. I asked her where was he supposed to drop us off. She said over by the parking garage entrance. I said OK but we parked here at the lot, where do we pick up our car. She said right here where we are. I said exactly, go back and do your job. Apparently, I offended her, lol. But she was not pleasant. I don't understand the door to door service for departure but an obstacle course for arrivals. Maybe a decent choice for regulars flying solo. Not recommended for families arriving especially on a Saturday evening.

Used One spot many times with no issues. This last time booked as always pre-paid with same vehicle F150. Upon arrival was told I would be charged a "oversized" vehicle charge of $5 a day after booking and paying and seeing no such charge listed. Will definitely be booking elsewhere in the future.
