UPDATE: after a couple of weeks of doing this post, I went back in and the cook made me feel uncomfortable and asked if I would take this review down. How about hire more staff and stop having your customers wait 30 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. I don’t know how this place stays in business but they must be doing well. It’s a Saturday morning at 7:15 and they have the same 3 people working behind the counter and 12 people waiting for food. It’s a Saturday… why not hire more people in this huge place? It has nothing to do with covid because they have always had 3 people behind the counter. It’s even like this during the weekday. They have one cook making all the food. They have 3 self registers that say “coming soon” yet they haven’t been using them sense it’s reopened. There food is great yet I wait over 30 mins. It’s amazes me because the folks behind the counter just don’t care about peoples time or they would change things. I’ve been going here on and off for 6 yrs but I don’t go all the time because of the the wait time.

We’ve been going here for several years. Why? The bagels are delicious, cream cheese flavors are as well. We love the coffee. Anna, Maura, and Perry are a dream team. If you time it right, the wait isn’t long as others have said, but if you go at a busy time and the line is long, it’s a great opportunity to slow down, clear out your email box on your phone, look at all of the amazing soda flavor selections, etc. We think it’s definitely worth the wait if we end up there at a busy time.

I don't think they have one bagel that's gluten free. It's a great place. The bagels are some of the best around! Just call them. Google spot bagel... Good luck!

This is, most likely, exaggeration. Been going for years, and even at the busiest times it's never been a two hour wait. Yes, there is a sizeable wait if you go at peak times, especially holidays. The food is generally good and worth it. And if the food doesn't meet expectations, the staff is incredibly reasonable - letting them know and asking them politely if they would fix it is way more likely to get someone more bacon than leaving a petty review on the internet. Passive-aggression is too cold for frying.
