The staff has always been very receptive and cordial. Every time I go there, I have a different stylist. They listen to what I would like and have me check and confirm what they have done. Today, Emily was my stylist. She was very engaging and friendly. She did a great job and made sure I left satisfied.

Walk ins are allowed. You can be put on the wait list with an estemated wait time. Most locations have a limited in store number so you might have you wait someplace other then the lobby. If you download the app it keeps you updated on your wait time.
Hi Kasey: Yes, we'll trim your eyebrows if you request it. In general we'll ask the client before doing so. Note that some guys are a bit sensitive about this topic.
$15 for a kids cut. $22 for an adult cut that includes a hair wash and steamed towel on the face $25 for a cut that includes all the above and a scalp massage plus a second steamed towel treatment
