I checked in online, went about 30 mins before. They worked really fast and diligent. They were clean and friendly. The wait time was short and the stylists listened to what we wanted.

This my go to go place for a haircut. They do a really good job and 👍🏼price. But next time I wanna try a longer hairstyle like 2 block haircut I wonder what the price will be

Dont take chances unless you know thw hair stylist. Lady who dis for my kid completely messed the cut. Not sure if they are hiring minimum certified people. It ruined our kid look before holidays

Was in for a haircut to look good for our baby picture due in 2 weeks, but it was successfully screwed by Daniella. She clipped a huge chunk of hair on my left side in one go !. when I pointed that out she called her colleague who was just back from a smoke break (still smelling cigarettes) to blend the other parts in, she blended a bit and handed it back to Daniella to blend the other parts and she again went crazy doing uneven cutting of hair. She later called her manager, who took me over to her seat to work on my hair. Nobody were apologetic by the way. The manager was singing karaoke along with the music for an already irritated customer, when I pointed again that it was uneven on the sides, she was rude in telling me that she is taking her extra time to fix things and asks me to be nice !!!. how rude ! Daniella and the other stylist were hiding behind while I paid my bill, nobody apologized !! not even the manager !. I've been a customer of great clips for a while now (check the records) and these 3 people are very new, never seen them around.. Very bad experience, for an important day in my life. Will never come back !. If you wish to choose this place, then do so if you wish to look ugly and funny ! And never choose Daniella. When you know its your mistake, at least own up and apologize, I would expect the manager to know this.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

You can book an Immediate appointment online using the Great Clips app, otherwise it is walk in. I know this because my wife is a Great Clips manager. I hope this helps.
