Stopped here on our way back to California. We got the pork ribs and the brisket. So smoky and delicious. Service was friendly too. I highly recommend. Their specials also were a great price!

Friendly service but this isn’t “Texas style”. Wasn’t today at least. Texans take pride in their food especially BBQ. Stopped at drive thru around 12:30pm thinking I found a hidden gem. Nope. Fries were soggy. My brisket sandwich’s bun was hard around the entire edge; meat was more diced than copped. Maybe sliced would of been better but no excuse for the stiff bun and dollar tree pickle n onions. All ingredients seemed sub par. Texas style is big chops of freshly smoked meat smothered in homemade BBQ sauce with thick crispy cuts of pickle & onion on a grilled bun or Texas toast if you ask me. This was far from that.

Def The BEST Ribeye and Prime rib this side of the red river !! Do not let the small building steer you away. I promise LOVES BBQ will never disappoint !! Don't forget to try some of their fresh fried pig skins .. they come out hot and crackling. Seriously you have to stop and see for yourself!!
