Took our two toddlers with us this evening. Haven't ever eaten in at this Dickey's before. Our food was prepared well and tasted great! They were out of several things (including bbq beans) but they told us before we ordered thankfully. Here's the reasons for our 3 star rating: ice cream machine was out of order, high chairs were filthy and none had working straps/clips, no toilet paper in one of the restrooms, and overall everything seemed little dirty and sticky. Not what we remember from eating at other Dickey's in the past. But again food was great!

Food was cold. This dickeys location fryer brakes more times than McDonald's ice cream maker. So when half of your sides are no longer available the cook says "do not get the salad I wouldn't even feed that to my kids" . So I was forced to get lays haha

Going through town and came here on a whim. We asked for several different things and kept being told they didn’t have it, and haven’t had those items for months now. You would think they would cover it up on the menu or tell us before ordering? We ended up getting brisket/burnt ends and the meat was incredibly dry and not very warm… I wasn’t able to finish my meal. Maybe they were having an off day.

We had a great first experience with this restaurant. We had a fairly large order to pickup, however, the store manager (Jenna) took care of our order extremely well. The ribs were very tasty. We will definitely will try other menu items in the very near future. Thanks!!
