Usps is useless, I have a community mailbox and the boxes are barely big enough for letters so rather than delivering packages to my house which is a block away they constantly put "could not deliver" notices in my box and make me drive 20 minutes away to pick stuff up myself. Why is it that ups,fedex,amazon and every takeout delivery place can bring me stuff but the United States postal service cant???

I've had two bank cards come up missing. They don't attempt to deliver packages, always have excuses. DON'T USE U.S.P.S..

Small parking, difficult to get in and out of. Box rates have sky rocketed, and the reduced hours with no Saturday service make accessing mail services difficult. Often make mistakes putting the wrong box number in our box. It used to be easier if you could use the parking lot next door but since the pawn shop robbery they cordoned it off as if they own the whole thing. The African-American gentlemen is very nice however, and let me use their handtruck when I got an oversized delivery last holiday season. Would not recommend the Taco Truck next door however.

This post office is awful. Mail in my neighborhood always arrives last minute or doesn't show up at all. Packages that are to be brought to the door are not and have caught a couple drivers in the last 6 months trying to leave a slip saying nobody was home. They need to update this post office and hire more workers and train them better.
