Just because i had no time in my work Hours i told them that i was free on weekends and she went right away to say (Based on that i cannot take your case i will close your case ) i think it is ridiculous that i need to get out of my job to talk to her instead of her do a reasonable time for me since what i am doing is working and that is the way i was going to be able to pay for the services BAD SERVICE PERIOD LUCKY I CANNOT PLACE A NO STARS

SunCoast Law group is very professional and make things very easy to follow and complete. Going through a process is already difficult enough and to have their employees guidance was over the top customer service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM !!!! We hired them to represent us in a dispute with our HOA . Kirk talked about how they do this all the time. Shelly the attorney promised to force the HOA to prove each and every fee, $!2oo later, the only she did was final a notice of representation . We advised that we also going to contact the local media in efforts to investigate our situation , upon hearing that Shelly filled a motion to withdraw , used auto-sign for our signatures and told the judge that we fired her .. We filled a complaint with the BBB and Kirk offered us $200 back , however, we cant talk about what happened. I guess that is how they avoid neg reviews. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else !!!

How long does it take for the billing department get back to me to change my bank details, which is due in a couple of days. I have left a voice mail and also spoke to chat who said they would forward it to the billing dept. no-one has called

We do not take money from anyone. Consumers hire us to represent them for things such as bankruptcy, foreclosure and debt settlement. We charge those clients a fair price for providing these services. We do our absolute best to get the best result we can for each and every client. Our overall client satisfaction is very high! However, in this line of work it is an impossibility to make every client happy, because not every client will get the resolution they were hoping for.
