I have been going here for years and it's always a pleasure... just have your paperwork in order. ;-)

Very courteous and professional staff.

Spoke to the records department about a fraud alert email that I received. The person wasn’t very friendly and seemed annoyed by my detailed questions. In the end, my questions were answered and the call lasted about 2 minutes, so I guess that’s efficient.

Not easy to find and parking is typical for downtown. I never have any problem getting in and out.

The comptroller office not currently available to the public. There is a dropbox for incoming documents. Attached a money order/ or check. And yes it is currently 13.50$ and 8$ for additional pages. I'm sure you will need to Notarize. Before submitting document. Which can still be done at local bank USPS etc. I hope you are successful. I recently was there to drop paperwork.
Free parking in the building.
No
Yeah, I agree, it's totally fine, we dropped it off like 3 times already and they processed pretty quick, we just had to correct something. Each time they answered to us within 3-4 days.
Use the Orange County Property Appraiser website for this. www.ocpafl.org, go to property searches, search for the house you're interested in, then go to the sales analysis tab. If you click on the Instrument number you can see the deed
Unfortunetly not. You need to call a title company
I think the best way to make sure is have a title lien company do a lien search on the property. and you might can call the control office and ask them if they can look on the property
Vital Statisics in the County or State where they died
