This is a review only for the food. The meat was less than mediocre. I had the ribs, Arkansas brisket and pig shoulder and all of them were quite flavorless and needed a lot of sauce to be enjoyed. The ribs were supposed to have dry rub but the seasoning was just sprinkled on top. I'm not a picky eater at all, but the meal was truly disappointing.

Atmosphere and service were excellent. Staff was awesome. Sides were delicious. The BBQ itself was good but nothing to write home about. Still delicious and much better than making brisket at home. Still recommend going to anyone, but not my first choice.

This was a huge disappointment. I ordered the two meat combo. The beef brisket that I ordered was the Arkansas style. The waitress said it was the most tender of the beef brisket. I have never seen beef brisket cut in chunks like that. It's usually in slices. It was overcooked. Drowned in sauce. Very little smoke flavor. The smoke sausage was good. The cornbread was dry and had little flavor. The mac and cheese had very little flavor too. I left my number on my receipt for the manager to call me if they wanted to discuss. I have heard nothing. Very mediocre food for the price.

After a full day of hiking we came HUNGRY and weren't disappointed. Our server was great and very attentive. We sat outside, which was a bonus. We had the wings, which were excellent, dry rubbed and traditional ribs, kielbasa and a ton of sides. Everything was outstanding. There was a petty nice beer and cider menu, so we tried a couple of those as well. Will try to return soon!
