Clean rooms and friendly staff. Jeni at the front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food ideas and directions around town. I will definitely stay here again when I come threw town.

Our first room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower tub and in the drain. There was also black debris under the pillow. We changed rooms immediately. The second room had one hair on the shower wall and a dirty towel hanging in the entryway that wasn't removed. We were tired and hoped it was clean enough so we stuck with the room. The AC unit did not work properly so we couldn't get much sleep. We left as soon as we woke up in the morning despite the late checkout offered and did not stay for breakfast. Showered as soon as we got home. I've stayed in Best Westerns in the past and never had an experience like this. Cleanliness of the rooms far from acceptable.

Not a luxury place, no elevator, very outdated equipment, but the beds were comfortable, shower was good, bathroom is very small. Great location. Pool is small, gym outdated, vending machines outdated, parking was up and down. Staff was helpful. There are better options in the area if you want a more modern place. Still this place served it purpose. I personally would not recommend. The continental breakfast was ok. I think you can do better for the price they charge, even though I stayed on a weekend

Positive: The city It's in Negative: Bathroom hadn't been clean, bath tub had black scum - not cleaned in a long time. Safety latch only had two out of 4 crews, a good kick would've pulled it out. Phone in room didn't work and staff was aware but didn't tell us until we mentioned it.
