My sweet baby Olivia weighin at 10.5 pounds went for a check up. She received 2 injections and was given a clean bill of health. The vets and vet techs are gentle and caring staff. Olivia is my dog and she just loves everyone there. A Grooming experience was the best. She looks beautiful!!! Awesome as usual.

Dr. Ringley is the best vet that I have ever had. Dr. Ringley looked after my Sheila, my Australian Shepherd. She diagnosed blood clots in the spleen when my Sheila was 13 years old, we had major surgery and my girl was still kicking. Dr. Ringley has been caring for my Sheila for a very long time. Last week at the age of 17 years ( I have had my girl since 5 weeks old) Dr. Ringley helped my girl pass over the rainbow bridge. Although my heart is so so sorrowful and the grieving is sometimes unbearable, I thank God that Dr. Ringley was with us until the end. I know that sometimes things get hectic around the vet hospital but we are all human and sometimes we all need just a little grace. I highly recommend this Banfield from the front desk staff, the vet techs to the vets.

Banfield Urbana Pike location has always provided excellent care for our dogs. We are very happy with all of the vets and techs there and the care they have provided.--both the preventive care through the plan and emergency visiits.

We got the Banfield Puppy Plan because it covers all of our puppy's shots, spay/neuter surgery, and free office visits at any Banfield in the country. We've been to a few Banfield's across Maryland and Pennsylvania and this location has the best service. The technicians that answer the phone are really nice and always helpful. They often have appointments same day, and at least within the same week, while other locations we've been to are booked for weeks. After every appointment, they call me the next day to check in on how our pup is doing, which I appreciate!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
