Evidently I'm not the only one who dislikes the No help at all. I hate this department. And the government actually pays these people to not do their jobs. UGH

Young lady at front desk very helpful and kind she was very persistent when helping me she did more than she needed to to help me others have done bare minimum. I was really appreciative of her knowledge and willingness to help speed up the process. Her explanation and being diligently working hard to get me to the next place or person really made a difference today without a doubt. I am truly grateful

New system is really awful. Trying to get an actual person would be a miracle. Meanwhile people are in need of assistance and they get their pay checks still. I would give zero stars
