You could spend an hour or two if you took your time. This aquarium does have some hands on that the big aquariums don't. If you do other things in town like Sci Port it will take all day. Sci Port is a 1/4 mile away from the aquarium.

I dont think so but it's still pretty cool! There are several sea animals that you are allowed to touch. It's a small aquarium but it has a huge impact on education for our city. This aquarium is a great place to visit.

If you give them a call, you can register your group for a time slot. They may open early for your school, but I highly recommend phoning them to ask the education director if they can accommodate you guys.

Not really. It depends on whether or not its a super busy day. One ticket walk-ins should be cool. If taking a group, definitely plan ahead. I was told by an employee that you can only get the group rate when you buy tickets in person.

I highly suggest purchasing ahead of time. We went Saturday at noon and the tickets for sale wouldn't get you in until 5. We bought tickets for later in the week and went back as we aren't from there.

Actually walk ins are quite fast and you are free to walk through the whole thing as many times as you like within that one visit I mean you can buy some passes they're like season passes the most expensive one you can bring a friend for free every visit walk-ins do exist you can go in like that and it does not take that long only took me 5 minutes to get to the line

I suggest going to their website or facebook, don't believe anyone from the aquarium is keeping up with this page. I do believe that schools get the aquarium to themselves when they go with the school as a field trip in the mornings, because they don't open to the public until noon on most days.
