Mavis Tire on Shreveport-Barksdale Hwy was wonderful!!! As a cancer patient in the Era of Covid, I could not go into the building to register, or to wait while they fixed my flat tire, or to pay. So they came outside to me and I never had to leave the safety of my car in the parking lot. They jacked up the corner of my car just enough to remove the offending tire, rolled it from the parking lot into the garage, removed a nail, and patched the hole. They were fast and efficient. Above all else, they were kind and accommodating to my health situation by allowing me to stay inside my car and away from people. Their courtesy and kindness was exceptional. I recommend this tire repair shop highly.

Highly recommend! Broke down passing through during my move to another state, Mavis on 1005 Barksdale Hwy was able to get me in last minute and help me get back on the road! Absolutely grateful for their help and time! Amazing people and amazing work!!

Took a trailer tire in this morning because the calve stem was broken. I was greeted by Ryan Preston who immediately got to work getting the stem repaired. I was back on the road lickety split. He was awesome! This is why I always come back to this location. KUDOS for you guys always treating the customers with respect and care.

The verdict is still out... my first impression was great, Ryan was super helpful getting my tire mounted the night before I was to bring the car in. Everything was great until we got the work done. They didn't deliver in a timely manner. I set up an appointment time, they knew when I was coming and still made me late for work. The tire was mounted the night before, all they had to do was put it on the car and return the spare to its home. It took them 1 1/2 hours to do that. Was very disappointed in that. The value of the tire I am very satisfied with. Please just honor your word.

Gateway tire and service on Shreveport barksdale hwy does for sure. They can do just about all mechanical repairs. They are honest but everyone experiences disgruntled customers at some point. I myself have been the victim of negative reviews at my place of business not related to gateway. You can call over there for a quote over the phone.
