We are traveling and had a great day until we encountered this place. Ordered pizza from them many times in the past and had it delivered....not today. In fact no one answers the phone, instead they interrupt and say they are closed then hang up. Placed an order thru their counterintuitive website for delivery and it was accepted, in fact charged us about $4 for a delivery fee "not to be confused with a driver tip"??? Then, as they had no idea where to send it we called and THIS time they answered immediately and said they were about to call us because they no longer offered delivery...say what? We had to come to the store to get the pizza. They had already zinged me for $31 (including "delivery fee") so what do you do...you go get it. Went to pick up the pizza and as I stood at the counter a fellow was picking up a pizza to deliver off the shelf labeled "pizzas to deliver"...hmmm. Several more were there and would be delivered I assume but "they no longer offer delivery"? Really. Got the pizza home and went to eat it; the crust was burned beyond recognition....almost; a very dark brown, thin, crispy, burned taco looking thing. They got 2 stars because the ingredients were correct. The business from top to bottom has serious problems and should be avoided IMO - we won't be going back.

My order was correct. The cashier was nice and had a friendly tone. My food was ready when I arrived and my pizza was fresh and hot. My pizza was well built.The slices were cut all way through. I also ordered desert. My cookie was nice and crispy, not burned. I was able to use my reward points for additional boneless wings. My overall experience was great!

My pizza was hot and deliciously made! I truly enjoyed it. It was promptly ready for pick up and I was greeted by the associate. I'll definitely order from this location again!
