I went to rocket fast on mansfield rd. Saturday 9/25/21. I went thru the carwash and the car wash tore my car up. They wrote a incident report and said someone will get back to me. I called monday&Tuesday no answer or call back. Wednesday 9/29/21 I went up there and talked to Brian. He said he would look at the tape. 2hrs later Mike calls me back and says it was previous damage to my car so they will not pay for it. I asked him show me what previous damage. He shows me this camera footage stating that since it wasn't laying flat that makes it previously damaged and they won't pay for it. They told me the brushes didn't damage it the blower blew it off. Then to add insult to the injury my car wasn't even clean.

OMG...I found a new place to wash my car💃🏾🤸🏾‍♀️😊 Yep RocketFast Car Wash. It was my first time and definitely many more to come. The area was clean and well kept. I saw a parking lot attendant monitoring the trash area, making sure the vaccumun hoses were wrapped on the hook securely and picking up trash/debris. Upon entering you can wash off your car within an area designated to do so. They have barrels of water with brooms for you to do so. Then you pull in to purchase your wash, simple. Yess the machine does take cash or credit/ debit cards 🤗☺. Im telling you, for the price the quick wash( you really do get a rocket fast wash). I enjoyed the experience. I had only one complaint. My car was not dried completely. The back part of the trunk, the side mirrors and top of car was still wet. BUT most importantly my car was clean and so were the tires, first go-round.
