I used this car wash yesterday and my truck was not clean my tires look like they didn't go through the car wash it am disappointed and the vacuum was pretty good though

My teenage son called me and said he was at the Xpress Car Wash on Fern Loop Shreveport. He had vacuumed his car and his key was missing. He said an employee had come by earlier and had emptied the vacuum into the dumpster. I drove to the car wash and when I got there, an employee Terry and the manager, Anthony were in the dumpster of waist high trash searching for my sons key. It was only a small key and a small plastic dealer tag, so I never thought they would find it in that sea of trash. After about ten minutes, they walked up and Terry was holding the key!! I was so happy I wanted to cry happy tears. These two employees went above and beyond and I couldn’t appreciate it more. I’m going to buy a monthly membership now, just because I am so impressed with their service.

The attendant was very accommodating and my Jeep came out extremely clean! They have free vacuums that are well maintained and have plenty of suction to really get your interior straight!
