This is byfar the WORST car wash! I have a membership and each time I have to wait for an attendant...their barcode reader seldom works. The attendants will sit and not help. The attendants will only spray one side of your car. Vacuums do not work! Needless to say....I will cancel this membership!!

Express pass only works at 10% of the time. One lane always closed. The car wash always has a bad motor problem, so I am told by staff. I have four vehicles with the premium wash and pay for monthly. I have found it hard to get any of my vehicles washed "premium" without having to go into the office and be told by staff that previous managers have been fired for stealing from company and they will not honor what I pay for my vehicles with premium wash. Zips was well run when it opened and was happy with the service. What happened to those good days. I am planning to cancel my membership unless things change there for the better very soon.

They used to have 7 locations locally now they have 3. The car wash is operational about 30% of the time and they never clean or clear the vacuums. I feel like the $30 they charge me is stolen from me. I want be renewing even if it free.
