Awful experience. Unhelpful and unknowledgeable employees. For the most part they stand around like a bunch of scruffs. Don't ask anybody where anything is because they don't know what it is or where it is and are "probably out of it" is the stock answer you get. And whatever you do don't leave your Lowe's credit card at home because they have absolutely no idea how to process a transaction using a driving license. If the person on the register could actually read that would have been helpful. The employees here should be on the Pennsylvania state minimum wage. Dreadful.

I went to the store to look at sliding patio doors. Found a great door thanks to Benjy S!!! He recommended the united door and was very helpful!! Great guy see him for all of your door needs!

In honor of Fire safety month, we were supposed to receive a FREE kobalt headlamp. I specifically registered long before this event. Received a personal email with the exact time I can receive this. When I arrived at exactly the appointed time, the lamps had already ended. How can this be? Why register if you're giving it away to everyone? I know in other locations they checked the registration against the list, and issued only to registered customers. Thank you for my wasted time and upset children.
