Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place to wash your car and they have staff that will vacuum and detail your car or you have the option to use the free vacuums.

The vacuums work great. The wash left dirt on my car and spots all over. I will not be back. What a waste of money. Spots i expected after parking in the sun to vacuum but the dirt left on the back and the love bugs left on the front i didnt expect.

I recently moved to Shreveport and am VERY picky about keeping my little economy car clean...I treat it just about as well as many people would treat a Mercedes, LOL. Anyway, I used to live where I could wash my own vehicle in my driveway. I had it professionally detailed spring and fall and then took care of it myself the rest of the year...and I mean, took GOOD care of it...nobody believes it is 7 years old and spent the first year of its life as a rental car :) Moved here and don't have that convenience but I STILL want a clean car...all the time...without spending a fortune to do that. I researched all the car washes near me that offered some type of unlimited monthly plan. My research led me to these folks. Now, I have issues...and then my issues have issues and going somewhere like a carwash like this for the first time is always going to be at the very least awkward...and sometimes traumatic....I'm used to that and try to plan for it. Well, let me just say that besides a beautifully clean car for an extremely reasonable price, Jarvis can leap tall buildings in a single bound. Okay, maybe just the little fence, LOL. Bless his heart, I talked to him when I pulled in and told him it was not going to be a smooth experience the first time. He was so friendly and professional and took great care of me. Sent me around to go through the tunnel...yep, I screwed that up, but he leaped over the fence and helped me out and I made it through and then I got to the towel-dry canopy and knew it cost extra but thought (yeah, that's what I get for thinking) that I was supposed to pay the extra amount when I pulled around there. That is not so, LOL. But Jarvis came running over and bailed me out again. Told me to just go inside and pay the cashier and they would have me fixed up in just a few minutes...and they did. Do you think these folks have a long-term customer here? You 100% bet they do. And I am NOT always easy to please when it comes to my car because I always feel like I could do it just a little bit better myself (whether or not I truly can), but I don't feel that way this time. And they are 1.8 easy miles/5 minutes from where I live...man, I lucked out! Love living in Broadmoor and now I have found the perfect carwash situation.
