The place is run by a good manager. She is names Gayle and is a kind helpful well informed manager completely competent to understand laws and how to properly do a wonderful job supervising and assisting. She is a well of knowledge for inexperienced mobile home owners. The people in the neighborhood are wonderful neighbors too. I am very happy here.

It's a great place to live. I helped my friend here to get her life in order. Took many things to the dump. House sat and Watched her dog's. This is a nice quiet park. Very family friendly .

The pool is closed through the winter and part of spring until June 1st. Access is gained with a key card received upon move in.
The homes in this mobile home park must be lived in by the owners unless they are in the process of trying to sell the home and need someone to live in it to cover space rent until it’s sold.
I have lived at Creekside Village for 7 years and it is strictly a manufactured home community.
Homeowners are only permitted to rent their homes if they are in the process of trying to sell them in order to cover space rent.
