I recently moved here. All of the staff are wonderful. Tina and Michelle are fabulous. Neighbor's are extremely welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful. We love it here.

A very quaint and relaxed senior mobile home park. I highly recommend this park to any senior looking for a good place to retire in peace. Very nice public areas and quiet wide streets.

You have to purchase the home
Hi Ina, as of 11:35a we are waiting on PG&E to turn power back on. Should be (hopefully) any minute. Thank you for your patience...

Hi Karen! This park is for homeowners no rentals sorry!
You need to contact the office. They are closed on the weekends. Please call 530- 343-5551. You also need to be approved by the park.
Rent depends on lot size. I have a 20x40 mobile. My space rent is $410. Rent increase soon. Water and garbage add around $40. PG&E is the big variable. No lots are not for sale.
Two ppl got a doubles for $8k and more are for sale now.
