In the context of a mobile home park in California, a tiny home is another term for a park model trailer. These are built to ANSI code and are titled by the DMV, not HCD. Some communities allow these modern and nice looking park model trailers but it is community by community decision. Casa De Flores does not have space for these so it is not even a decision to be made at this time.
