This mobile home park is very clean all the yards are neat and the pool and gym are fantastic! Seems like a very nice place to live and certainly a nice place to visit friends.

Senior park It's clean. Orderly. Decent. But a bit depressing. Needs some shrubbery , or sprucing up to make it less .... Cold. Very facility looking.

I just can't say enough about this place. It's nice, quite and very friendly. My Mom lives here and I come ta see her. Probably not as often as I should but the time spent there is very nice. I could give it more star's then 5 but ya just don't have enough of them.

Not completely sure but last I heard I think it was 695 you'd have to call the manager to find out but I know they raised the space rent every year

No! About a mile or so outside the city limit.
My grandparents live there and I know that spouses that are younger than 55 can live there so that policy probably extends to other family members.
