Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elk City, an IHG Hotel

We stayed for one night during our drive from Chicago to Arizona, Elk City is good breaking point. I called ahead tomake sure there is a room ,the staff was very friendly and helpful ,they get us some discount too, the room was so clean and spacious. Definitely recommend it, and will stay again

The overnight desk clerk was amazing -- I'd been on the road for over 16 hours and this was my second stop (got turned away at the first hotel quite rudely, in fact). Rolled in around 3:30-4am, she managed to get me a room last minute so I could crash for a few hours. So nice, I wish I'd gotten her name... Room was very clean, bed and pillows like HEAVEN. A/c worked like a charm, I had to crawl back out of bed cause I turned it really low and it was cold haha. Check out was 11, i think by 10:38 housekeeping came knocking as a gentle reminder. I would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Well,the room was great along with the hotel itself. The breakfast was first class and delicious. Negative: Just the fact that we lost our King Bed when we told them we had a pet. The pet friendly room we received was 2 queen beds which worked out great. Then of course there was a $25 fee for a very small and house trained puppy. Still worth every penny.

We checked in April 23 @ 3:30. Many little league teams there. Easy check in. Friendly. Breakfast difficult. So many teams there. However the gal working was amazing. She deserves a big raise She was great
