Application scammers! Do not apply here. We called and they said they had something available and to apply quickly. We input an online application and called them and they said they’d review it that hour. Never heard back, called Back the next morning and they said the apartment had been swiped and they had nothing else available. We called back pretending to be another interested couple and they told us to apply quickly. Don’t trust this place!

Really nice apartments! Very updated, great neighborhood and location. Definitely perfect for families. The process to getting the apartment wasn’t a hassle and the staff has the best customer service and very welcoming. Especially Luis, Lily, and Gena. They helped make the process easy and smooth, answered all questions i had. Best to contact them through email.

Big shoutout to Luis for helping us out from the start. He has been very helpful and as well as the other employee's when it came to our questions. There were times when the application process seemed iffy but there was always good clarification, so we weren't always "lost in the sauce". Everyone at the front desk is happy to help but if you want A+ communication and information, Luis is that person for you.
