I went in for a MRI of my brain and they had my results and had them sent to my doctor in less than an 45min. That's way to quick in my opinion. Then when I went to go check out the images in my patient portal I'm all of a sudden locked out of it and I can't get ahold of anyone at the office and then when I finally do the woman acts like she has no clue what I'm talking about and then takes my name and number and I don't hear a word from anyone and so when I try to call back the next day no one answers. I still want to get a second opinion on my MRI results and the woman who did my MRI she was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with.

My elderly mother has some seriously health concerns that need to addressed sooner rather than later. She received an MRI. The report stated there were some issues. However we have been trying for 3 WEEKS to get the images to our doctor!!! My mother tried to go down to the office and pick up the images to take with her appointment in Portland. For some reason, they wouldn't give mom the images or an electronic copy of the images. The doctor's office up in Portland has tried calling numerous times. I've tried calling numerous times. We actually went to the appointment and the doctor told us (based on the radiology report), that if these issues are true, mom needs surgery sooner rather than later, but he needs to see the images to confirm this. I tried calling and speaking to the manager, but they were not in. I tried calling again, but now the phone takes me to a queue that tells me there are no calls ahead of me, but no one ever answers and it disconnects me after approx 5 minutes. If there are other options, USE THEM!!!!

I was just contacted by Ben Smith, CEO of Mid Rogue Imaging Center about my experience with one of their ultrasound techs. He apologized for my experience and didn't try to make any excuses for the tech's behavior. He seemed generally concerned and I was very appreciative of his phone call. I have decided to change my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star review based on our conversation. I would use them again, but next time I will just make sure to request a different ultrasound tech. I went in yesterday for a pelvic ultrasound. I do not know the name of the ultrasound tech that did the scan, but she was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever met. I have never had an ultrasound so was unaware of the "protocols" for the exam and was not told ahead of time what to expect or what to do or not do. The tech chastised me (or made some sort of comment) numerous times for moving, talking, breathing, not emptying my bladder fully. She even made a couple comments about having to get another set of sheets for the table since we had to start over. Then, to top it off, while I'm in the bathroom getting dressed, I can hear her clearly in the hall talking to another staff member (a male) about me and how I wouldn't hold still and kept asking questions, and that she had to start over because I hadn't emptied my bladder all the way. I was already worried about what the results might show and then to have to endure that kind of treatment just made it worse. As soon as I got out to my car I burst into tears. I will never go back to this place and will recommend to my treating physician to not send people there again.

I drove to Mid Rogue from the Roseburg area because the prices for imaging in Roseburg are so high and scheduling is WAY out. I needed an MRI and it was worth the drive...the scheduling person was very nice and got me scheduled only a few days out, the office staff was friendly, but my review is mostly about the MRI tech Tom. I don't write reviews often, but Tom deserves recognition! He was the nicest guy, so friendly and helpful! This was my first MRI and I was uneasy about being enclosed (claustrophobic). Tom asked about it, and was wonderful, explaining everything, had a very calm demeanor, told me he would "play some soothing music, unless you prefer something else? I have Pandora so I can put on anything you'd like!" I asked for my preferred genre, and he put the headphones on me, rolled me in, double checked that I was ok, turned the air up more on my request. Then he reached in and put a hand on my shoulder and said "I'll be right here for you!" I have never been more impressed by a technician's care and compassion! I did fine, but I credit his approach for creating a calming environment that helped me not be anxious. You have an outstanding employee in Tom, and I hope that someone will let him know how appreciative I am! If I need imaging again, I will certainly make the trip back to Mid Rogue Imaging!

Hoiw old is the GE Signa HD MRI scanner 1-5T that your are currently using at your facility? I will be getting a scan next month and am trying to decide whether to do the test in Grants Pass or Medford (want the newest machine for max results)

My primary is medacare and it was covered like 90%. OHP pixked up the balance.
