This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Great location with great restaurants nearby. The hotel is on a small lake and makes for some beautiful scenery. This hotel is spotless. The lobby and my room are some of the cleanest I've seen. The shower is large with powerful water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I have never been disappointed by any Hotel Indigo. I will definitely return here.

The hotel is nice and clean. The best hotel I stayed in since I’ve been traveling to Jacksonville on business. The water pressure is spot on and the water gets hot just like I like it. The front desk clerk was amazing. Very polite. I arrived early and she got me in a room without any issues. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. This is definitely my go to hotel….

The Indigo had a great location for us. The room was beautiful with plenty of space. The shower was wonderful, very large. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time out on the patio overlooking the water. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area. My only negative is that my room key stopped working 3x during my stay and I had to go down to front desk to get it fixed. But, the staff is so friendly that I would not take away a star for the inconvenience.

Inside of the Tapestry park district. Ask the taxi driver go inside, to the circle, in front of the lake
The problem is that my husband's license has expired since August 8 and to renew it he has an appointment for September and I only have a passport and we wanted to spend tomorrow in that wonderful hotel.
This dog is dog friendly most definitely. I have brought service dogs to just plain house dogs. Indigo is a very friendly and family oriented hotel. It's like a home away from home and I have been here with my exes, family and friends alot. Very chic place where everyone knows your name. It's like as long as their getting paid you can bring whatever kind of animal you want. A dog, a mole, and even a snake. Aloft and Indigo are incahoots and they basically have the same rules so if indigo doesnt let your dog there. Aloft definitely will. They have a jacuzzi a pool buisness center. Conference center and they always look the other way. The rooms have great veiws and animals are definitely welcome here.

We love this hotel! You have the option of buying a breakfast voucher when you book your room and it is considerably cheaper than purchasing breakfast at the counter downstairs.
