Very friendly staff except for the very chatty girl with the nose ring who must have been lost in conversation while applying the 3 lbs of balsamic drench. Pizza not edible as it was absolutely drowned in sauce. Otherwise all was great. A/C was on point...

First off, I want to say that the staff, cleanliness and professionalism of Blaze is great. There's nothing wrong with the experience of going to Blaze, my rating purely comes from the high standard of quality I have from other flash cook pizza places. So let me start with what's good, I love the sauce options that Blaze has, classic, spicy, pesto, etc. And the actual flash cooking is done to perfection. Personally, I like mine to be a little more well done, but their standard preparation is great. It's evenly cooked and just crispy enough without being charred or overcooked. So here's where I start to be disappointed. Blaze's choice of toppings and finishers, while numerous, is actually quite limited comparatively to a place like Mod Pizza. The selection of cheeses misses things like asiago or pepper jack and the style of vegetable cuts makes them large pieces that don't blend their flavor well. You don't have options like being able to prep the crust with oil and garlic. There are no finishers like hot honey or other barbecue. Blaze's greatest sin is not doing something bad or offering poor customer service. No, those things are all great. Blaze's greatest sin is that it makes me wish I'd just gone to Mod Pizza instead... So do yourself a favor, skip Blaze and just go order some Mod Pizza.

I'm not surprised at the high rating—great food, best staff. The pizza is delicious—good ingredients. Cheers to management; the staff seems young, and are, nonetheless, among the most professional, prompt, and consistently polite people with whom I've interacted. Great job everybody—thank y'all for your hard work!

Built my own Hawaiian personal pizza. The original crust that it comes with was very light and vegan; didn’t make me bloated lol liked it a lot! Smoked ham, banana peppers, red onion, basil leaves, pineapple 🍍 of course !
