I want to say that this company is excellent. Cam was my technician today and I was most impressed with his dedication, efficiency, professionalism and his correcting any mishaps he discovered. I feel confident in the workings of my AC units after his care. Jeremy came to service the split mini in the She Shed. He assessed the situation from the symptoms I gave him. Got right on it. It needed some adjustments and refrigerate. I also like that he explained everything to me as he went along. When he left the Douglas heat pump was working beautifully. I highly recommend his work!

A flush-mount ceiling fan had a bad wobble that had progressed into wild swinging (think plane propeller sailing off its shaft). Scary and dangerous! Right above the bed no less! (Needless to say. no using THAT fan despite Florida's hot humidity!) While I've a good working knowledge of ceiling fans, Dustin was most helpful in explaining finer points -- even going as far as to show me a modern fan box that my fan lacks! He was friendly, helpful, disassembled and tightened things up efficiently and skillfully. As for Snyder, they were fantastic to deal with! While there were stressful rescheduling issues, they handled those well by apologizing, keeping me informed at every step and fulfilling the need in a timely manner. And their rate was reasonable! Quality work from a quality company. Highly recommend and would without hesitation use their services again.

Snyder did an amazing job helping us with our bathroom remodel! They took care of us from start to finish, communicating every step of the way. They maintained the original estimated price but went above and beyond in service! They built a walk-in shower, replaced all the faucets, installed a new water heater, and did a beautiful tile installation. 10/10 on all fronts!!

Highly recommend!!! Our AC stopped working and they were able to get a service technician (Jason) out the very next day. He was punctual and professional and gave us multiple options to repair the issue. Wound up we chose to replace the entire system and they were able to have an install team the very next morning. Put drop clothes down throughout the whole house, finished the same day. Reasonably priced, couldn’t have been happier!

Running the fan only may help to cool, but if AC isn't working then don't turn it on. That could damage the unit more and be more expensive to repair.
Unquestionably. Replacing the wires may be all that is needed. But do not risk a fire with a shirt cut, get a pro to check it out and repair. Snyder is good choice.

I do not understand your question but I will say that Snyder air conditioning has been our service provider since 2004 and we are very pleased with them each person that comes out to work and they come every six months to maintain our system.
