The place had just what my son needed for his vacation trip into the Caribbean area. Casual shirts and shorts that Carter to his liking being that he is a bit finicky in taste. I wish they would've had more to choose from. A bit limited but still fortunate to find something.

The customer service displayed by store manager Tim is impeccable. Tim helped me resolve a discrepancy with a return and was friendly, diligent, detail oriented and trustworthy. I will be a forever Old Navy customer thanks to Tim’s remarkable representation of the brand. He absolutely deserves the utmost recognition with the care he takes of his customers.

There is little logic to the constantly-changing arrangement of the store, other than men on the left, women on the right, and kids in the back. The jeans are all over the place rather than grouped together like they used to be. It has become stressful to shop here. I used to linger and pick up an extra top or pair of shorts (translation- spend more money) but now I get in, get what I need, and get out. This trip I needed two pairs of jeans for work but settled for one because it took 15 minutes to find the right style without holes and there was only one in my size. Ordering is a gamble on fit and color and if I wanted to do that, I could do it at home in my pajamas rather than drive 20 miles to shop. I'm disappointed that what used to be a go-to store for me is becoming a last resort.
