Today on my visit at 8:35 Sarah refused to sell us a hamster due to her saying it takes about a hour to fill out paper work. This is not the first time i have purchased a pet from pet smart and it has never taken no more then 10-15 minutes. My problem is if you wasn’t going to sale it is to at 8:35 why did you insist on taking us around the store showing us what to get just to tell us “oh we can’t sale it now it’s to late”. Will not come again to this store and will not use the grooming salon anymore.

I had a great experience adopting my tortie cat Minnie from PetSmart. The very next day she had totally made herself at home as if she had been my kitty for years. I like that the process was easy and quick.

Truly disappointed in the customer service served here. Brought my dogs in for a nail trim and was told they can’t cut them because my male dog breathes loud. Lol I later spoke to the manager who said I could bring the dog for nail trim but I have to make an appointment. Doesn’t matter won’t spend a dime here.

Saw some cute hamsters and gerbils but I didn’t buy anything. Wish they had some kittens I remember they would have them a lot before the pandemic.

No, other small pets like Guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats/mice. Some reptiles and birds. Cats and dogs available for adoption typically on the weekends.
