Worst service ever!!! I walked in asking for a manicure and a pedicure, they did the pedicure first and then they made me wait for the “acrilyc specialist” more than 30 mins, after that she just said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU and started working with other walk in… so aggressive, so unprofessional, first and last time at that place.

I have been going there every 2 weeks for dip powder and pedicure and today I had an appointment and they told me when I got in, they to pick a color and I sat for 20 min and the lady comes over and says “im the only one available and my friend said you’re difficult so I don’t think I can help you” the main “manager” just looked at me and got back to working on her client. So I left ..very confusing, and yes I tip 20-25% ALWAYS. I literally have no idea what happened, maybe they have another client who resembles me, but I’ll find another salon. Update: Thanks for the rude response, I am so confused and have asked ONCE, and very quietly, for the polish to be redone the last time as it was very streaky and the lady told me it’s the nail polish, which is what you had on your rack. After her telling me it’s the polish, we switched to a different brand and we both agreed it was much better. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so no problem finding another place! :)
